During IX International Scientific Conference for Students and Young Scientists another event took place. It was a workshop, which was attended by students of the “Project-based learning in IT” (in Ukrainian transcription PNIT) ONPU and students of the University of Applied Sciences (Augsburg, Germany).
Students of our department, as well as their colleagues from Augsburg, are working on the Green Campus project, which goal is to rationalize the usage of classrooms using IoT. It is planned to organize control over the microclimate, change it to a comfortable level, implement adaptive lighting and measurements of electricity consumption in all rooms.
Participants shared their experiences, ideas, and plans for the further development of the project and collaboration. Soon it is planned to unite the forces of the PNIT-department and the University of Applied Sciences of Augsburg to create such projects, but on an international basis.
Therefore, we wish them good luck, strength and inspiration for further accomplishments!
