Guests from Augsburg, one of whom was the co-founder of the company SII, visited the department of “Project studying in IT”. It was a great opportunity for students of the department to share impressions from studying and show their training projects.
The main purpose of the event was to demonstrate a new approach of studying in IT specialties, called “Project-based education”, which involves gaining knowledge through the team-work on real projects.
It has been only two months of studying process, but students have already shown not only decent results of their work, but also excellent knowledge of foreign languages and soft-skills. And as you know, such skills are important part of every successful project.
